As HOA President, I found Storm Ready to be professional from the get go i.e. proposal, working with us to cover potential leaks before replacement, working with the insurance company. He was kind enough to assess the solution, provide a reasonable quote and fit me in that day for repair. Although it was a minor fix, I truly appreciated the responsiveness and quick service.

Robert and Casey are absolutely incredible. As a first time homeowner, when my roof started leaking in early spring I was completely lost. Casey was highly capable in assisting me in making my insurance claim while Robert was skilled, knowledgeable and diligent enough to not only note, but physically mark, and make himself available to identify the indicators of storm damage to my insurance adjuster at the time of his visit. In the end, through no knowledge or understanding of my own, my $1,000.00 roof repair over my daughters bathroom turned into an entire, beautiful, brand new roof for our home. I had an issue with my back gutters. They had detached from the house. Jordan was extremely professional, answered all my questions, outlined differing scenarios and cost estimates. The work was done timely, and the work site was clean. The change in gutters, the recommendation to wrap them in metal, and Jordan’s remaining on the work site, really put my mind at ease. Would recommend and use their services again.

I highly recommend Storm Ready Exteriors. I've never submitted a homeowner's claim and was hesitant, but they walked me through the entire process. They contacted the insurance company and came when the estimator was there to make sure they didn't miss anything. I told them I didn't want to be out of pocket for anything other than the deductible and a few days later I had a beautiful new roof and couldn't be happier. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I will definitely call them again when I'm ready to upgrade my gutters.

Casey was very professional and helpful. I had a leak from my roof on my bathroom ceiling. I was grateful that my appointment was scheduled promptly and I did not have to wait weeks. I went out this morning to shovel the 6 inches of snow we had overnight...probably not a great idea since I'm in my 70s with health issues. And there was Charlie from Storm Ready asking if I needed his help. Boy, you betcha. And his price was well below what a company had charged last time. With such friendly and helpful service I will keep this company in mind for our renovation needs.

Storm Ready Exteriors did a wonderful job for me today. Very responsive, Steve did a great job! Was not a huge job, but needed to b done to satisfy an Exterior Condo Inspection issue at Richfield Station in Chesapeake Beach Md. if u have an inspection issue call these folks to get u off the hook!

We had two skylights that were leaking into our attic and bathrooms below. Charlie and his team came out to inspect it within 48 hours of our initial call to the office. They provided a reasonably priced quote and were able to expedite the repairs for us so that we weren't waiting weeks (during the summer with afternoon storms) for the repair. The fact that they were able to complete the repairs so quickly probably saved us a few thousand dollars in avoided interior repairs. I highly recommend this group, and Charlie was awesome!
